Terms & Conditions
- These special offers expire December 31, 2008. All purchases must be made and invoiced by December 31, 2008.
- Not valid with any other offers or previous enrollments/sales; applies to new purchases only.
- Each Class Pass represents one day of public training with Signal Learning that lists for $475 per day or less. Classes priced higher than $475 per day will require additional Class Passes as payment. Class Passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- All sales are final at the time of purchase. Any changes that occur following original registration/purchase may be subject to additional fees. No refund is allowed on Class Passes or SATV.
- Payment for training must be received prior to the disbursement of any Amex gift cards. The gift card amount can be deducted from the purchase price of the training in lieu of receiving a gift card.
- SA Training Vouchers, Class Passes, existing client contract pricing, and/or other promotions cannot be applied to the Amex gift card offer. This offer excludes end-user classes (such as Office, Business Skills, and WSS) and private training events.
- Software Assurance Training Vouchers can only be applied to the offer of receiving 2 additional training days for every 10 days of SATV redeemed with Signal Learning. Microsoft’s rules regarding SATV redemption still apply. Additional training days received through the SATV offer fall under the same guidelines as Class Passes.
